Ayurvedic Healthy Habits 8 Week Program

What you do daily, with consistency over time, will yield the most incredible results regarding health & wellness.
This group program is designed to help you implement healthy habits in an incremental, successful manner over the next two months.
Each week on Thursday morning, there will be a live zoom call discussing a category of healthy habits: you get to choose which level of effort you would like to implement each week. This gives you the weekend to prepare, and as a group we implement a new healthy habit each Monday. There is a lot of room for personalization: whether you would like to implement certain habits in the morning, during the day, or evening. Each healthy habit will have 2 levels: the quick and easy, for days that are busy, as well as the version that may take more time or require supplies.

- A live zoom call every Thursday morning (recordings available) discussing a healthy habit category with at least two effort level options. You get to pick which effort level you would like to implement that week.
- Each healthy habit will have educational material such as hand outs, as well as some of my favorite online resources
- Mondays we implement the new habit and work on it for the next week
- Three one hour workshops (recordings available)
1) Saturday February 6th at 10 AM MST: Intro to Ayurveda & Learn Your Dosha: learn the basics of Ayurveda, and take an Ayurvedic self assessment to learn your constitution
2) Saturday February 20th at 10 AM MST: Ojas- Your Physical & Emotional Ability to Withstand Stress and Disease
3) Saturday March 6th at 10 AM MST: An Ayurvedic Perspective on Burnout
